starstarstarstarstar As a health care consumer of medical supplies I do wish there was a way for me to rate or influence the quality of the supplies MassHealth is paying for. The diapers I am able to get for my 28 year old son are just awful. When I complain to the diaper vendor they say blame MassHealth when I try to talk to MassHealth they say we pay them enough to get good quality diapers and it is about the vendor wanting to make a profit. It is very frustrating and I end up buying the supplies I need and it feels like my son is being cheated as he has only SSI as his income. The diapers are of the poorest quality and I feel stuck with them or I have to spend my sons very limited money on diapers. MORE>>>
