USisUS.org (“The United States is US!”) is a community where real people rate Uncle Sam, our own government. You do not need to be a member to search or view ratings on USisUS, however you must be a member of USisUS.org to post a review of your own.

What Personal Information Does USisUS.org Gather?

USisUS.org collects personally identifiable information when you register for an account, when you visit pages, when you choose to send your communication to a healthcare provider, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes.

When you register with USisUS.org, we ask for your name, email address, birth date, gender, and zip code. You can choose not to provide any information, with the sole exception of your email address. This is because your email address is necessary for us to receive online reviews from you or to communicate with you. If your computer supports such capabilities, we often receive a confirmation when you open an email from USisUS.org. Once you register with USisUS.org and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

USisUS.org also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, “cookie” information (see below) and the page you requested.

USisUS.org gives you the ability to edit your USisUS Network Account Information and preferences at any time, including whether you want USisUS.org to contact you about specials and new products.

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.

What Protection is in Place for Children’s Information?

While persons under 18 are welcome to view the ratings on USisUS.org, members must be 18 years or old. If you are under 18, you may use USisUS.org only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian needs to be the party to communicate with us, and to share with us your point of view.

How is My Information Secure?

Your USisUS.org Network Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security.

How Will I know if This Privacy Policy Changes?

USisUS.org may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
